Autolink URL from posts

  • I am looking for a plugin that turns certain key words/phrases into URLs/links. I recently tried SH-Autolink and it is exactly what i need, EXCEPT for one major fault. It doesnt seem to allow affiliate links.

    e.g https://www.mysite.com would be fine

    but https://www.mysite.com/click?p=13872&a=992070 would give a “Non valid url error”

    Does anyone know of a plugin that accepts affiliate urls? or a way of editing my current one?

  • A small edit of the plugin you use should make it work. It needs to check the URL with something like PHP’s function htmlspecialchars.

    well has anyone figured out how to make it accept affiliate type links? Im trying to figure this out too.
