Autoload Option Questions

I have purchased this plugin to clean up some issues with Autoload Options (there are 8MB of these options reported under Tools-> Site Health):

1. As reported by a separate plugin (AutoLoad Checker)  the 2 largest autoloaded options are  “_transient_dirsize_cache” and “_transient_new_user_approve_user_statuses”, so I would like to switch these to Autoload = no first and see whether any issues result before deleting them (I am not using the New user Approve plugin any more).  However, these options do not appear under the Options tab of the Advanced Database Cleaner plugin. Is there a reason for this?
2. A large number of the options appearing under the Options tab of the Advanced Database Cleaner plugin e.g. “elementor_pro_remote_info_api_data_3.2.1” relate to Elementor, which I stopped using 3 years ago. I would like to switch the Autoload to “no” for these options, but when I try to do so, it flips back to “yes”. Can you explain why this is so and how to resolve this issue?
