This plugin allows us to review autoload options in the Site Health screen if Site Health is showing a critical issue for autoloads, which is great. However, you have to turn them off one by one, and the autoload options disappear once you get below the threshold for autoloads, removing the ability to continue to review and turn off autoloads. Is there wa way to continue to review and turn off autoloads even after getting below the critical issue threshold?

That’s a nice suggestion @jeffersonpowers. Autoloaded options part of WordPress core now, and there were some changes to the plugin with regards displaying plugins responsible for autoload options.

If you wish to always display and check the plugins response for impacting performance based on autoload options, you can use a plugin such as autoload-checker. This will list all plugins and themes at all times, available via the “Tools > Autoload checker” menu.

Note also that if you wish to change the threshold so that sites are flagged before the standard 50kbs limit is reached, you can use site_status_autoloaded_options_size_limit.

Let me know if you have any further questions with this.
