automate emails mailpoet not working

  • Hello!

    All the woocommerce emails are working by default but not the automate emails as first purchase and abandoned carts

    What can I do?

    Hi there,

    Just to clarify, are you referring to emails created under MailPoet > Emails > WooCommerce? Or Automations (under MailPoet > Automations) you’ve created for first purchase and abandoned cart emails?

    Please note that any of those emails would require subscribers to be in “Subscribed” status before they will be sent to them —?more information in our docs here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/277-woocommerce-automatic-emails

    Hello!

    How is MailPoet sending those emails if they first need to be subscribed?

    That doesn’t make sense. They are obviously not subscribed when they abandon a cart.
