    Hello,

I was just wondering if there was a way to use this plugin in such a way that will allow it to send the contents of a WordPress page as an automated e-mail?

Many thanks in advance for any suggestions. Looking at all possibilities before writing something myself.

    Hi,

In what timing do you want to send them, at a scheduled time or when the page is published?

Ideally I’m looking at having it at a scheduled time.

Once I figure out if that’s possible with this, I’d likely extend the functionality to offer some front end for guests to schedule their own.

Trying to not have to re-invent the wheel if there’s already a good solution! (And this plugin looks great)

There is no built-in action that does it. You would need to write an action module for that. Sending post/page contents as an email should be fairly simple. But in order to make sure that the subject page is not already sent, you need to store sent page information somewhere, maybe in the post meta. Also, you should consider how to handle cases that the post/page is edited and the user wants to send it again.

By the way, this plugin’s UI is for logged-in users and guests cannot access the task creation page unless you build your own.
