• Hello,
We have woocommerce subscription paid account and automate woo paid account in which we have been running multiple products and workflows.

Recently we have been allowing our customers to have their subscription put “on hold” and continue after certain time but what I didn’t know is that total number of payments does not take into account the time limit we set in “stop renewing after”

so if I set “stop renewing after” to 8 months and put subscription on hold for 2 months and restart them, the subscriptions will end in 8 months although the customer should get extra 2 months because the payments were on hold.

Since this is the issue I thought ill change bulk end date of all subscription to remain for another 2 months however I am not sure which trigger to use.

Can you kindly guide on this matter.

    Thanks
