Automated Deployment multiple WordPress Blogs

Hi

We would like to offer WordPress to our colleague’s as an service. We’ve created two standard/basic installs (one in Dutch, one in English) with our template en some custom settings.

What we now like to do is a website with a form, from which our colleague’s can order/install their weblogs.
After filling out the form, the weblog should be created based on the filled out form, using the Dutch or English pre-installed basic installs.

Is this automated deployment possible?
