I have added an embed on some blog articles to allow people to get our ebook right from the related articles. The process is as follows: A person submits their email address and then receives an email from us with two links for download – one for PDF version, one for ePUB version.

The only problem is, the email that they receive now shows all HTML tags in their raw format. You can imagine it as instead of receiving “Thank you for your interest in our ebook Data Integration Best Practices“, they receive “Thank you for your interest in our ebook <strong>“Data Integration Best Practices”</strong>“, and of course all links are shown in HTML as well.

I thought that maybe it was because I entered the whole text under the “Text” tab, so I deleted everything, switch to the tab “Visual” and typed it anew, pasted all links anew, did every text decoration anew. That didn’t help, still got an automated email full of HTML.

Please, help!

P.S. The page I marked as the page I need help with is not the only one, but just one of 12 other similar pages, all blog posts.

I have exactly the same problem in my website https://www.dobesi.com for all forms. This was worked correctly but It stopped working.

I receive the raw HTML on the automated emails coming from the hustle embed forms. Do you have any idea how much this fix is going to take?

To make it clear, the “resolved” status here is about the topic itself, not the reported issue.

About this bug, I can see that our developers already included a fix that should be included in upcoming v.7.0.3.
