I have set up a pop-up for a downloadable activity pack. Everything has been sent up fine until when I tested how it would look sending to emails. It does not work and doesn’t send the email but yet registers it in the link provided. Please can you help me fix this issue.

I have seen another topic like this on the forum but it was not resolved. I have already checked my junk mail as suggested by the previous thread.

Sorry to know that you are having an issue.

Can you please confirm if the email is generated using an Email logger? The following plugin should help: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/

It is not allowing me to share the file from google drive. Is there an email I can send it to?

IT does use an email logger but its not the emails being logged that is the problem. It is that they are not sending the the recipient email.

Hello @thedynastyseries

The Email Log will assist you in getting any error messages for the failed outgoing emails. So you will need to install and activate the plugin and then try another test submission to trigger a new email. Finally check the Email Log plugin for any errors.

As for sharing the form export, please send me an email to [email protected] using this subject:

Subject: “Attn: Dimitris“

Keep in mind the subject line, as it ensures that it gets assigned to me.

We get multiple emails each day, and many times they do not contain forum ticket URLs. Could you email us once again and include this topic URL, so that we will know it is you as we want to be sure due to confidential data.

I just replied to the email but also sending it here:

An update about it,

We found in the Recipient there are some extra strings where it should only be {email}

As soon as we remove the extra strings emails start working, please move the text to the Subject field.
