Automated emails from Membership2 not being sent

I have two issues with the Membership2 plugin on my site: https://www.earlylearningsuccess.net
1) I have some automated emails set up to be sent to the new member and the administrator when they subscribe. These emails are not being sent. The automated emails were working just fine until I had to change my password for my email account. I have changed the password in the WP-Mail- SMTP plugin setting and all of the other emails sent from my website are working just fine (blog, contact, store), just not the ones from the Membership2 plugin.2) My second issue is that when the emails were working, I had set up an automated message for a 2 week reminder to members that their subscription was expiring. This message was being sent every day. Is there a way to limit the automated message to just be sent once?
