Automated Menu Updates

I have a client who’s running an online course. It’s five days per week, for five weeks. She would like each day’s material to first appear on its valid date, which is no problem; I’ve just post-dated each post.

However, she’d also like the menu to change automatically. In other words, on Week One, Monday, she’d only like that day to appear in the menu. Then, when Week One, Tuesday is posted, she’d like it be added to the menu, et cetera. Her website is https://www.picturebookmaking.com.
