Automated messages Issue with upgrade

  • I just upgraded to the latest version of Membership 2. I had to automated messages set to go out before upgrading. One at 2 weeks before expiration and one at expiration. With the upgrade, my automated email responses page is empty. If I toggle off the add on for additional automated messages, the page is no longer blank, but I lose the ability to see/edit the message that was set to go out 2 weeks before expiration. What’s happened and how do I get that message back?

    Hope you’re well today ??

    Tested on my sandbox site and I can confirm the issue, there is an error in the Automated Email Responses settings page once Additional Automated Messages add on is activated.

    I’ve reported this to our developer so he can investigate this further.

    Thanks! I reverted back a version for now but let me know when this is resolved and I will upgrade again.
