Automated Multi Site Creation Does Not Work

yes “My Site” option is available there.
But Actually my project’s requirements are
visitors can signup & after subscription they can be able to create there website & they can publish it on any domain or subdomian
I want to know any best plugin or script available to fulfill this requirements.

I am creating multisite setup on localhost(windows platform , WAMP server)

then installing plugin “site creation wizard”.
I am not getting why this problem occurs. And how can I resolve the problem.

Other than the domain part, this is built in. You do not need a plugin.

Go to Network Admin -> Settings -> Registrations setiings. Pick “users can sign up for a site”.
Now go to yourdomain.com/wp-signup.php

See?

If we need domain facility also then we should make changes in wordpress MU???
Or any other way to resolve it.
