    Evening…when I publish a new post on my website, an automated email is sent to my subscribers via the Jetpack plugin with the newly published post. In all of my posts, I augment the narrative with images/photos, positioned at various positions throughout. Until very recently I have had no problems at all with the formatting…but in the past couple of weeks the images/photos are not being formatted within the boundaries of the automated email…effectively left as full size so only a section of the photo is visible. The text continues to be formatted correctly.

    We’ve got a few reports regarding this issue. However, all of them got fixed already. Can you please check again and see if the issue is still there?

    Hi…thanks so much for your response @htdat. That sounds hopeful. All being well I will be publishing my next article later this week…I will update this support topic with how I get on and if the issue still persists I will take some screenshots as per the link you have provided.

    @htdat @csonnek – I have just published my next article earlier than expected so as promised I am updating this topic.

    Great news…the posts automatically sent to my subscribers have all worked when it comes to the photos which have all been displayed as expected. Thanks so much for resolving whatever the issue was causing the problem.

    However, I have spotted a couple of possible issues (though not the end of the world) at the foot of the automated email as captured via snipboard (URL below)

    Issue #1 – The category of the article is no longer displayed
    Issue #2 – Only 5 of the 9 Tags have been displayed

    In testing, it doesn’t appear that all tags will be included in the email, so that appears to be the expected behavior. The category should have, though.

    Can you let me know what site you’re having this problem? Once I have that information, I’ll be better able to help.

    Until very recently all tags used to appear so I can only assume there has been a change.

    @ryancowles – this topic should not have been marked as resolved. Totally agree in terms of communication re the category issue that is now being covered by the contact form that I have submitted, but IMHO the issue with the Tags is still open and is covered by this topic. Does this mean I have to open a new topic/issue just for the Tags?
