Automated Tax option not showing up

    I am not being able to get the automated tax feature on my woocommerce tax setting , I have downloaded the woocommerce tax and shipping plugin , I have started my jetpack , so it shows all the site reports , I have down everything but the option still does seem to come . I even disable a few plugins to see if they were interfering but no luck , please help !

    If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > General -> General options (section), do you have the “Enable Taxes” checkbox ticked? Like this: https://d.pr/i/yf0vgb
