Automated TOS/CPU : Blocked

    Dear Updraft-Team,

    Unfortunately our site is down for a few days now due to an overuse of CPU resources (using hostgator).
    A snapshot of recent processes running and causing that overuse seems to be Updraft related (at least I think so, and being a complete beginner):

    Could such an overuse be Updraft related? And maybe because of the most recent update?

    Hi Andreas,

    UpdraftPlus has been designed to be dependent on your server resources to perform backups. It is possible that your server has already reaced its limit. Please ask your host to increase your resource limit.

    I would also suggest that you run your backup when your website activity is at its lowest.

    Hei Bryle,
    Thanks for your quick reply. UpdraftPlus worked perfectly for us over the last 2-3 years, with us normally running the backup during the night. Server-limit with hostgator hasn’t reached the limit neither; unfortunately no response from hostgator yet, so we keep on wondering on what the issue is.
