Hi @gltaccone
It looks like automatic backup can’t work on your server.
Seems like your hosting provider does not allow to use self-request via cURL.
To fix manual backups, make sure to restore previous settings.
As far as I remember it worked for you with default method or browser method.
- Browser based backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Default backup method: https://prnt.sc/1vyex21
Please, test both for now to see if any of them work.
Different possibility is that you may not have enough space on your server in order to create the backup. Shared-hosting providers like yours tend to display improper free space value which causes our plugin to run despite the missing space. Which is not correct of course, and can only cause issues.
My suggestion for now would be:
- Try to use remaining backup methods
- Make sure you have enough space on the server for the backup, there should be at least 800 MB – 1 GB of free space for your backup.
Once you confirm above, try to run in once again.
Let me know if my assumption was right ??
Thank you!
