Hmm, I’m not entirely clear what you mean–are you hoping to import your podcasts one time automatically, or automatically post new ones on a continuously updating basis? If you mean something else, can you tell us more about what you’re trying to achieve so we can point you in a direction that might work? ??
If you’re looking for a one-time import, you can import external RSS feeds into your WordPress site using a plugin such as Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin, however, this is a one-time import.
If you’re hoping for continuously-updating podcasts, a plugin that displays RSS feed information might be closer to what you’re after.

I hope this helps; someone more familiar with podcasting may also be able to answer this question, but from what I’m finding, it looks like new podcasts may need to be added manually to posts.
