Automatic Cleanup Not Working AND Can’t Rollback!

I know this seems to be an ongoing issue and rolling back to 1.9.9 was the work-around, but this morning 1.9.9 made it on WordPress’s Security Vulernibility List because of the Outdated Redux Framework and its known security holes.
SO! It’s time for the developer to set up and fix the issue in the ci=urrent version so that we don’t get thousands or hundreds of thousands of records choaking our websites!!
