Automatic Company creation

Hi,

First of all thanks for this wonderful plugin. I have a suggestion. It will be great if you could provide this. While creating a new contact if the form could have a place to add a company which will create a new company (in company list) automatically and if the company is already present (in the database) it will show in a dropdown menu.

Presently, we are creating a new contact then going to the contact details page and then assigning the company manually (if it is already present in the database else need to go to company tab, create a new company and come back to the the contact details page and assign the company manually). Its a lengthy process.

Please, help in cutting down the time and energy.
