    Hi,

    Could you provide us with some more information about your problem? Could you perhaps send us your phpinfo? There is a WordPress plugin which you can use for this.

    Furthermore, which version of the plugin are you using? Where is your WordPress installation hosted?

    If you could send this information (and perhaps some screenshots) to [email protected] we can take a look at it.
