Automatic Coupon in Backend

Hi there

I made same coupons and restricted them to certain product categories and user-email (accepted customers), which works fine in the frontend/shop. But when my business customers order via Mail or Whatsapp, I create a new order by myself not in the shop itself but directly in the backend. This way the automatic coupons do not appear as in the shop. These customers never order in the shop, so this funcionality is esential to me.
