Automatic daily backups missing

    Hi,
    I set the plugin to have an daily automatic backup. I’ve got a problem with my site and I’d like to restore a backup.

    But the last one is dated with the 14th of August and I did many changes ! I do not understand. Is there a way to find another more recent backup ?

    Hi @marie999

    Only backups visible on the list can be used for the restore.
    Unless you saved them in some different place or on your local PC.

    Then you can upload older backup in order to restore.

    Always make sure that your site is compatible with automatics, some sites does not support CRON and they are not configured for alternative methods of automation.

    Let me know if you need help with the restore process.
    You can also describe your issue of the site, maybe it can be fixed, if you don’t have a backup from specific time?

    In fact, automatic backups did not work so I prefer making manuel backups.
