Automatic email being sent to the user , with the title no subject , and no body

  • Hi there, after installing this plugin, there is an error on our website

    All the users receive an extra email with the title no subject and with no body.

    it is being sent along with the correct emails, but as an extra

    for exmaple, when a user registers they receive the correct email + this blanc email / this happens for each operation . can you advise why ?

    the error is from the plugin, because after we ve deleted this plugin, the wp automatic emails worked properly and only sent 1 email per operations, not two ( including this no subject )

    anyone has any idea why ?

    i have the automatic plugin from wip simple email then i installed better emails

    then deleted, the error was gone, installed another email templates , and the extra email kept coming . so i guess the error is from the plugins? since the included simple template from word press is only sending one

    Yes something on your site is making html emails send. Try deactivating other plugins or changing theme to see what happens
