automatic enrolling of students doesn’t work

    Hello!

    I’ve been using Sensei LMS since 2020. Recently I had a problem with automatically adding students to the course after purchase, which I didn’t have before.
    I have a course on Sensei LMS, sales via WooCommerce. Until recently, everything worked so well that when a customer paid online, they were immediately “enrolled” into the course, I had to add manually only those people who paid by transfer manually. For some time now I have had to add everyone manually. Most likely after I updated the plugin into 4.24.1.?

    Could you please let me know where I need to unclick or click something for it to work automatically like before?

    Could you try disabling all other plugins on your site, to check if a third party plugin is affecting this? You can use Troubleshooting mode to do this without affecting the public site view:

    1. Install Health Check plugin on your site
    2. Download and install the Twenty Twenty theme on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on Sensei
    4. Try test enrolling students to a course
    5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.
