    I have a contact form for a forthcoming Forces Reunion on https://www.csquadronscotsdglad.co.uk, I have a radio button with the question ‘Are you bringing a guest(s)..?’ followed by four text boxes for guest names.

    Is it possible to formulate the form with say a drop down box showing a number of guests to select from, and then when a number is selected that number of guest name text boxes appear. ie, select 4 guests and four guest name boxes appear.

  • Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available directly in the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.
