Automatic generation of license code

@darkog Yes. that’s great. If the license code is automatically created for past/existing orders. Suppose there are 100 orders in the store, it is very difficult to create a license for each order manually!

This feature has been added in v1.4.3.

Also, if you want to customize the orders query, you can use the filter dlm_tool_generate_past_order_licenses_query to better specify which orders you want.
