Automatic insert of date into Newsletter

Is it possible to insert automatically the date a newsletter is e-mailed? Sometimes I forget to in and change the date before it is sent out. I use an automatic delivery feature of WYSIWYG Newsletter. I have it inserted as a text entry underneath the top title of the newsletter.
