Hello, everything is set up properly, I receive a mail when I subscribe to a product. When I put the product back in stock, I don’t receive an email. But manual email is working and test mail is working when I go to subscribers –> send instock email. Any ideas?

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

We suggest you troubleshoot the issue by the following.
    ?
1.Are you using any third-party inventory management software to update the stock? If so, please enable the option: “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.” (Admin Dashboard-> Instock Notifier-> Settings-> Troubleshoot Section-> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin)
    ?
    2. Check that WP CRON is active on your end. You can check it by navigating to the Admin Dashboard->Instock Notifier->Status->Cron Status.`

    Let us know.

    Thanks.

Hello and thanks for your reply. Ok, it seems that with “third-party inventory plugin” option checked, and by changing the stock from: all products–> quick edit it works! Works for me, so we can mark this as solved! I appreciate your time!
