    Hi,

    I’ve enabled Instock Mail and set the inventory threshold to 5 but when I update the stock, the emails aren’t sent to subscribers at all.
    By the way, the manual instock email works.

    We are using server cron, in this case which background engine should I use?

    Please troubleshoot the following:

    1. Please enable the option: “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.” (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin).
    2. Deactivate all other plugins temporarily except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if it works properly. Sometimes this issue may arise from a conflict between different plugins.

    Here’s a follow-up on our previous response, including additional troubleshooting steps:

    i) Server Cron Verification:Please verify that your server cron is working correctly. If it is not triggering as expected, this could lead to the reported error. Ensure that the server cron is configured and running as intended.

    ii) Background Process Engine Settings: We’ve Background Process Engine selection option in our settings page: Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Background Process Engine Selection. Make sure the “WooCommerce Background Process” option is selected.

    ii) Scheduled Actions Check: In Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions, please check if there are any pending or failed actions. Share this information with us for further analysis.
