automatic links in menu & unable to rename theme folder

I am facing two (2) issues,

1) My theme+plugin combination allow me to automatically activate login/logout options (for users) in my menu. I can have maximum three (3) menu. Now if I activate this option, it automatically put login/logout option in all three (3) menu, whereas I only want it in one single menu.

2) My theme folder name is ‘abc’, I would like to change it to ‘xyz’. Now if I rename it in backend, my site collapse. If I create duplicate theme in ‘xyz’ folder. I lost all settings which I made in ‘abc’ theme framework. If I export-import settings from ‘abc’ to ‘xyz’ then it’s not replacing the old settings in ‘xyz’, it directly append it. e.g. it show extended menu items.
