    Hello,

i have problem with automatic sending mails in mailpoet. We has using mailpoet for sending email successfully for a year (many hanks for this). Now we have problem. mailpoet not send email to our subscribers anymore. After time of scheduled send reached the mail in newsletter list not change color to green as before but stay in blue color and the status says “Next send out in (if there’s new content)”. There is missing next send out time. There is also NO progress bar about how many mails was send. In current time we have around 1500 subscribers and we are sending mail every day, but limit for free use is 2000 so i dont think that the limit is reached.

I double check cron job scheduling, everything is right. I also refresh job page manually in time of mail posting. But without success.

I try to setup new automatic mail but without success. Also the new mail is not send. Then i try to prepare manual mail and this mail is posted successfully (i thing the cron job is also used in case of sending manual mails).

have you got any suggestion for me, please?

In this picture you can see the status of mail immediately after time of sending is reached: https://imgur.com/ln4HoIH

We have last version of mailpoet and also wordpress.

    Many thanks for any suggestion

  • Hi,

    Can you read this guide?

You might have a cron issue, in which case you’ll need to set up a cron job (or sign up for our premium service):

    Thanks!

    Hi,

This is basic thinks which i try first. Yes test message is sent successfully. So there is no problem with sending method. Also cron job is working as i said. (i also manually run the page which runs the cron job so this is no the problem).

I turned on the debug in mailpoet settings. Now i can see this message in mailpoet:

The last scheduled send due on 10. mája 2016 22:00 was late and postponed.

The last executed send was on : 5. mája 2016 16:00

There is also second problem, when user subscribe to list he get the confirmation mail, but also after confirmation, user is not added to list. These two problems are related i think.

Which approach is used to start the sending? Which action change color of newsletter mail in settings from blue to green? some sql update query or what? is there any reason why the sending is not started?

    Hi,

after lot of investigation it looks like that this is problem with our server (not enough free RAM). We are investigating it with our provider. If we find any problem related to mailpoet we will contact you.

    Thanks, Peter
