automatic newsletters not sending

I too have an issue with the automatic newsletters that stopped working on July 7th. I wanted to get notifications on this thread as well. Here is my support ticket https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/automatic-newsletter-stopped-sending/ I submitted 5 days ago.

Even though I created the cron job, unfortunately, it does not work, and I am sure I defined it correctly because I have already worked with cron jobs.
what can i do else please ?

at last the cron jobes is working.
unfortunately its not sending outomatic the custom post type “product” of woocommerce…

im using the rtl and hebrew transalation and as you wrote version 3 dont support rtl and dont have hebrew transalation so i dont want to mess thing.
