Automatic output category title as heading

    Hi there,

    is there a way to automatically output the category title as a heading before showing all existing category downloads?

    And: is there a way to output an info if no download in an category exists? Like “No file currently available”.

    Could you please let me know how are you outputting the categories? Eventually a link to a category page would be nice.

    Hi Razvan,

    I do use multiple times on a site the shortcode [downloads category=”ABC-XYZ”] to output several different download categories. So it would be nice to have their category title also automatically displayed before the listings.

    And currently – if there is no file in a category – the output is blank. It would be great to have an litte info instead, like mentioned before.

    The site is currently in a local staging environment so I can’t drop you a link.

    Sadly, currently can’t be achieved ?? . I’ve opened a ticket( you can see the progress here https://github.com/WPChill/download-monitor/issues/1400 ), and most probably will be contained in the next few updates.
