Automatic Page/Post creation with CSV?

Hey there,

I searched the web (and the forum) for a solution but I can not find any solution to my problem..Atleast not really. Let me explain.

So a client of mine has a CSV file with a list of states and cities he can offer his services for.
Basically he wants me to create a page for every city, having the city name in the URL, in the Heading and the content (example: URL: “xyz.com/coaching/florida/miami” “Personal Coaching in Miami, Florida. I offer my coaching in Miami, Florida” and URL: “xyz.com/coaching/new-york/queens””I offer my coaching in Queens, NY”.

He asked if it is possible to add this data from the CSV data he has (I think it has to be formatted so WP can work with it?) via plug in or something (CSV importer).

My question is: is there a CSV importer that automatically creates pages/posts in wordpress with the correct url and content?
