Automatic pop-up feature?

    I’m looking for a social plugin that can be set for automatic pop-ups or fly-ins that can be triggered by timed delays. I’ve seen this feature in an eMail Opt-In Plugin (https://www.elegantthemes.com/plugins/bloom/) but this plugin doesn’t enable to sign up using social networking service such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+. So I’m looking for a social plugin but that in addition to enable setting a sign-up button on the navigation bar, it has also the feature of a pop-up display option. Does Super Socializer have such feature?
