Automatic POP-Up in a new external Window

  • I can not find a plugin which automatically opens a second browser window when I enter a page. (Without clicking on a link)

    I’m not looking for a conventional popup plugin which shows me a window and i can close with “x”.
    i need a second browser window popup.

    any plugins or solutions?
