Automatic Redirection?

This is what I see under ‘Options.’
URL MonitoringYou can have Redirection detect changes in URLs and have an automatic redirection created in a specific group.
Post & Page URLs: A dropdown menu that says “Don’t Monitor”

I, of course, want the plug-in to monitor for changes and set an auto-redirect if I change the tile or the title of a category or such. What’s this all about?
