• Hi there,

Wordpress creates automatic redirects when I change the permalink of a page. I don’t think i’ve installed a plugin that is meant to do this. Is this somehow done by WordPress itself? Can I find a list of the created redirects somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Wouter

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sujansarkar

Thanks for your reply. However the redirects that are not to suspicious sites but normal working redirects on my own site. For example.

    1. I create new page with permalink /test1
    2. then after publishing I change the permalink to /test2
    3. then if I browse to /test1 I get redirected to /test2

Thus somewhere a redirect is created from /test1 to /test2 just by changing the permalink. However I can’t find out which functionality does this, where its stored and how I can change it.

It does seem like there should be a place you can see a list of the old permalinks in this case. However, I do not believe there is.
