Automatic Refund Issue

    Hi there,

    I am using “Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce” Plugin. But I can’t figure out how to configure automatic refund option. WOOCOMMERCE only showing MANUAL REFUND.

    Again if its not plugin part, then how can I adjust it in my site?

    Anyone there for helping me?

    Hello there,
    Automatic refunds must be supported by the plugin. If WooCommerce is not allowing you to use them it’s because the plugin does not support them.

    I recommend contacting their support and ask them to check/make it compatible.

    I tried with woocommerce addon called “worldpay woocommerce” and still no luck !
