Automatic renewal

I have been using the plugin for more than a year and it is very good, however in the last payments of my clients I do not see that the subscription is created within my Paypal account, that is, I do not receive any confirmation email that a subscription was created recurring payment, does this mean that the plugin no longer works? within wordpress it looks good, but in Paypal recurring payments are not created, what is happening? I really appreciate your support, that you are very well.
