Automatic sending of invoices?

  • Hi, can this plugin automatically send the PDF invoice (either as attachment or as download link) to a client right after a Woocommerce purchase? And if possible, a copy to our accountant at the same time?

  • Hi @ravanh,
    Currently, the plugin has an additional extension that only creates a contact for you in the WP-CRM System, but it does not send any attached invoices as a PDF or a link to them.

    Sending PDF invoices is more related to WooCommerce because all the information about your customer’s order will be there. You can look in your WooCommerce plugin or related PDF settings to add the email address for your accountant.

    Will there be an option to download the invoice in the Woocommerce client area as some of the other CRM/Invoice plugins do?
