Automatic tag suggestion for new posts

As you all know, the number of tags that we accumulate on a site/blog is large, and it is often very difficult to assign all the correct tags when creating a new post.

Is there a function or a plugin that suggests tags basing on the category selected for the new post and the tags (at least one) selected?

For example: I select the category “architecture”, select the tag “houses” and the system suggests me to assign also the (existing in my wp) tags “buildings”, “constructions”, “concrete” to the post, which I had already used in other similar posts, that already have the same category and at least one of these tags.
The search should be continuous and improve as I select tags, so that posts with similar topics all have the same tags.
