Automatic Update of Menu

  • Please, I currently use the free version of the Grow eNews theme.
    I have a challenge with the automatic update of every page created being on the menu. I do not want all pages on the menu, yet, I can’t modify this from the Menu option.
    Please, how can I get around this?
