Automatic Upgrade – How do I know if it is working?

  • Yesterday mine was done in about 6 to 8 minutes. I used automatic upgrade through Admin/Dashboard from WP 2.7.1. to 2.8.4

    How could you tell that it actually was downloading? Was the circle at the top of the tab (IE) spinning? I see no activity anywhere on my computer and I receive no error messages.

    Sorry, really don’t remember that. I got a screen refresh saying it was all done.
