    Hi All,
    I try the wsdesk plugin, and have some question :
    1/ I’ve chech automatic user creation, and that does’nt work (no user creation)
    2/ how to create a user ticket (for him, if I open ticket by phone).

    1. When you enable create WordPress user while guest user submits the tickets through the form it should create a new user. If you are not able to get it working please raise a ticket here:- https://wsdesk.com/support/

    One of our support executives will look into the issue and provide you with a fix.

    2. You can create a new ticket from the main ticket area using a ‘+’ button at the top right corner of the main ticket list. Hope this is what you want. Please correct me if I wrongly understood your query.

    For 1, I’ve create ticket.

    For 2, when I use the ‘+’ button, where can I select customer account ?

    Hi,

    To create a new ticket, click on the ‘+’ button and enter the email address of the ticket requester in the raiser’s email id tab.
