Automatically Add external links on WordPress posts

There is a task:

1) The site has a plugin installed that automatically generates articles using GPT Chat. And publishes posts every 3 days (10 articles per month).

2) There is a list of page URLs (about 20). It is necessary that each url is inserted randomly at the end of the post. But not in everything posts, but for example after 2 posts.
Those. 2 posts without links and the 3rd post with a link , etc.

For example, I set the text sentence to: If you want to know other details, you can look them up here/here/by following the link etc. and the link is inserted either as the page URL or as the URL is inserted into the anchor. And that sentense with external link will be posting at the post`s end.

QUESTION: Can this be done using your plugin?
If so, how many sites does the one license cover? We need do that on many sites.
