Automatically add text before the entered content

    I have an email field. I want that in addition to the information added by the user, the word: “mailto:” is automatically added before that content.

    For example, the user adds the email address “[email protected]” and “mailto:[email protected]” is saved.

    I want to retrieve the dynamic content, prefixed with “mailto:”.
