Automatically change to custom order status

Hello,
First of all great plugin!! It is something that I was searching for for a while and it really made my life easier!
Secondly, I am facing an issue with the automatic change of the order status. I have added to the site an extra custom order status but when I tried to add it in the plugin it does not appear on the list.
Is there a way to make it appear?
