• Is there any way to automatically create a poll on multiple posts so that the poll text, design, and answers are the same, but the results are presented per individual post?

Basically, I want to use the poll to create a custom rating for each post (so like a star rating, but with custom values).

I could do it by creating one poll for each post, but with hundreds of posts, that becomes rather labor intensive.

Instead, I’d like to create a “master poll” or “poll template”. Then, once I insert the shortcode in each post, the poll in that post would generate and store its own answers.

    Example:

Page A and page B both have the “master poll” (same shortcode).

User votes on the poll on page A.

Now Page A has one vote, which is displayed on page A, but page B has no votes – even though they use the same short code.

    Is something like this possible?

    TIA! ??

    Hello

You could create a master poll with the look and settings you want and for every post just clone the master poll and add the shortcode.

This way each post would hold its own votes.

    I hope this helps.
